Was good overall and punctual. Staff were friendly. Spacious boat which was nice. The toilets smelt awful and made the boat small overall. There was also a poor tanoid system as we could not hear qhat the captain was saying through his microphone.

We booked the tour online on February 14th. On arrival at Southgate we were told that the 2:30 cruise was one way only and we had booked a return trip. The man Steve I think was apologetic and said that we could do the cruise ant time during the year, just bring the docket.
We went on the cruise last week and thought it was fantastic. The commentary was informative and well presented. Both trips were comfortable and good.

We had a great trip, very interesting. In fact, it was my second trip within a couple of months as I took my husband and a friend this time. They really enjoyed it too. Thanks.
