This was a fun filled day. We started off early and the guide was great. Plenty of free time to enjoy the sights on your own. She took some of us the her favorite restaurant for the best mussels ever. Would say that Bruges was one of my favorite places to visit and I have been to several European cities.

Very good tour. Our guides were very helpful and amiable. Bruges is quite an experience!
Only thing I would change is probably schedule the trip for an earlier time, so we have more time to sightsee in Bruges, because we did not get to see everything in the city.

A full day trip with an excellent guide! Mariana spoke many languages and never missed a beat! Bruges is quaint and charming and truly the European town that time forgot. There were many local artisans set up in the old fish market square where we purchased a painting of the local scenery and several beautifully woven linen scarves. Many excellent shops and restaurants with chocolate and steamed mussels as the local specialties.

We had a wonderful time in Bruges. The tour guide, I think her name was Marianne and the driver Frank, were great. The tour guide talked about the history of both Amsterdam and Bruges, which was very helpful. The only problem, we wished we had a little bit longer time in Bruges, but, that has to do with our time management to squeeze in as much as we can. The next time we're in Amsterdam, we will defiantly do the Bruges trip again. The city is really beautiful.

Longish drive out and back from Amsterdam but worth it, Bruges is a great place to spend time relaxing.
