Our guide was Lindy - she was great. This tour costs more than some others but the catch with those other tours might be that you have to come up with the money for the museum ticket at the beginning of the tour. And since the museum is the majority of the tour my tour anyway, the tour would be a waste of money without the museum part. Glad it was built in to my package price...I would be leaving a bad review if I had experienced a major hidden cost like that.
No photos or videos in the Sustine Chapel, but that's a rule imposed by the Vatican, not by the tour guide.
The guided tour ends before St Peter's Basilica, but the ticket price includes the basilica so budget an extra 30-45 minutes if you plan to wander around in the basilica, or in St Peter's Square afterwards.

Great tour guide - Gia! She was so knowledgeable and did a great job giving us just enough information for the time that we had. Liked the size of the group and recommend this tour.

How could this tour be anything but amazing. The beauty was almost overwhelming. Our photos do not do it justice. You can't go to Rome and not visit St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. We were there in September. The skip the line is well-worth the cost. Even so, it was still very crowded in St. Peter's.

Great tour, we learnt early on that we were not able to access St. Peter's until later that day as it was a Wednesday and there was a papal adress, so the tour spent much longer going through the Vatican Museums which was fantastic!
