Departing early from Sydney and traveling to the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, we make our first stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park, where you have the opportunity to get up-close to the animals, stroke a koala and hand feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus.
Then head through the northern section of Blue Mountains National Park, visit one of a range of stunning outlooks over the Jamison Valley to take in the spectacular views before visiing Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the 3 Sisters from a Remote Lookout Location.
Your overnight stay is at the beautiful five-star Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort, housed in a historic country house set amidst two acres of manicured gardens.
Arrive at your hotel around 12noon and enjoy the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 2: Blue Mountains – Sydney (B)
In the morning there is more time at leisure to explore more great views, unique rock formations, deep canyons and ancient rainforests before being collected at approximately 11:45am. Travel around the mountains to arrive at Blackheath and enjoy a delicious 2-course meal at a picturesque Hydro Majestic overlooking the stunning Megalong Valley (beverages not included and at own expense)
After lunch visit one of the most spectacular lookouts in the Blue Mountains, Govetts Leap. Enjoy the stunning views of the Escarpments and the falls. The last stop is to Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens where you'll enjoy afternoon tea and Tim Tams. Take a leisurely walk through the gardens and see the expansive views before departing the mountains and heading back to Sydney.

Depart early from Sydney and travel to the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, stopping at Featherdale Wildlife Park, which is located on the outskirts of Sydney. There you can enjoy close encounters with a variety of Australian animals, and the chance to hand-feed the kangaroos, wallabies and emus, and meet a koala.
Next, continue into the northern section of Blue Mountains National Park where you stop to admire the Jamison Valley. Then head to the remote Eaglehawk Lookout for unobstructed views of the famous Three Sisters rock formation.
After a morning of sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, your driver drops you off at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort and Spa, which is located in a historic country with two acres of manicured gardens. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Blue Mountains – Sydney (B, L)
Have breakfast at the hotel and take your time in the morning to explore the area at your leisure. Your driver picks you up at approximately 11:45 am. and takes you to the town of Blackheath where you stop at the Hydro Majestic Hotel for a delicious 2-course meal at one of their excellent restaurants (beverages can be purchased at own expense). From the restaurant’s large picture windows, take in sweeping views of Megalong Valley.
After a relaxing lunch, drive to Govetts Leap, one of the most spectacular lookouts in the Blue Mountains. Admire views of the escarpments and Bridal Veil Falls, a 590-foot high (180-meter) waterfall that tumbles down a forested cliff. Then continue to your final stop at Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens Mt Tomah. Have time for a stroll through their extensive gardens, which boast views of the Blue Mountains, and marvel at thousands of cool climate plant species in their collections. Your tour ends with hotel drop-off in Sydney in the late afternoon.

Great trip,after a busy time in Sydney it was a beautiful place to relax and learn more about the area, even though it rained every hour we were there we still walked and explored. we were very lucky and extened our stay in one of the best hotels in the area which we would recomed this, its a real treat!
