Amazing ! This was a real treat, the guide was exceptional. Make sure you set aside some time to walk around the park that surrounds the Villa it is truly beautiful.

The Gallery is overwhelming in its treasures. Our guide took us to various highlights and expertly revealed hidden themes and images. She also gave us clear and concise histories of painters, sculptors, and relevant biographical detail. She then took us for a walk in the surrounding parks, finishing with a view of the city from a plaza at one end of the park. The chief value of the tour lies in its selective and directed view of the Gallery's highlights. Our tour guide, a native Roman, not only knew the Gallery's creatures, but loved her work, her city, and her culture. First rate!
