As a current affiliate, you now have the opportunity to move to our MUCH improved Partner Platform and benefit from this exciting new platform - and don't worry, we made it easy to migrate!

The new Platform offers a number of improvements:

Totally new and improved User Interface
Easy to edit CSS template for advanced users
Superior search and product taxonomy
and much, much more!

Don't worry - your commission rate has NOT changed! - and all commissionable Viator products are available via the Partner Platform!

We made it easy to Migrate to the new Partner Platform:

Your existing profile data has already been moved to your new Partner Account
Your current Affiliate AUID number and Password are your new Partner ID and Password - no new number/passwords to remember!
All existing links to the old Affiliate site can be re-directed to your new Partner Site

How to Migrate to the new Partner Platform:

Log into your new Partner Account (using your current Affiliate AUID and password)
Upload new headers and footers if any -- this is important! (Not having headers results in lower sales)
Update any profile information if needed
Download new links, banners and widgets
Customize the home page or marketing modules - note: these settings are much improved!
Replace old Affiliate links on your site with the new Partner links (yes - all old links need to be updated!)
Email affiliatesupport@viator.com and we will close the old Affiliate account and set redirects to the new Partner Account

Q:
Do I need to register for a new Partner site?
A:
NO! If you have an existing Affiliate Site with Viator, then we have already set-up a new Partner site for you! Use your existing AUID and Password to log into your Partner site.
Q:
So do I have TWO sites with Viator now? An Affiliate Site and a Partner Site?
A:
YES! You technically have two sites with Viator for each AUID - one on our old Affiliate Platform and one on our New Partner Platform. You will need to start using the new Partner platform in order to earn commissions moving forward. Once you are ready - we can close your old Affiliate account and re-direct any old links to the new Partner platform.
Q:
Where do I find help about the new Partner Platform?
A:
We have written extensive help text within the Partner Administration site - just click on "help". In addition, we have a Partner Blog showing migrations tips and highlighting the new functions.
Q:
What if I do nothing and don't migrate?
A:
You will lose out on earning commissions! The new Partner Platform has a much improved UI and will translate to higher commissions to you if implemented! Please note: we will be retiring the Affiliate platform in the future, so we urge you to start using the new Partner Platform now.
Q:
I forgot my old Affiliate Password, how do I Log-in?
A:
You can retrieve your current Partner Password by clicking here or select "Forgot your password" on the Partner Home Page. Be sure to enter your Affiliate AUID number as the Partner ID!
Q:
I have multiple Affiliate Sites is there a way to merge them into one Partner account?
A:
We have moved over each Affiliate Account to the Partner Platform, so each account is available for your use. We do not have the ability to merge or group accounts. If you no longer need an account, send affiliatesupport@viator.com the AUID number with your contact details and we will close the unwanted account.
Q:
How do I move my custom headers and footers to the new Partner site?
A:
You can simply cut and paste your header and footer code from the Affiliate Admin "custom navigation" section to the Partner Admin area (Edit Site => Site Template => Navigation & Branding)
Q:
Can I still access my old Affiliate Account for reports and settings?
A:
Yes, your current Affiliate account can be accessed here. Use your current AUID number and Password to access the Affiliate Account. Please note: any setting or password changes made on the Affiliate site will not affect your Partner Site. These two platforms are unique and do not share changes or updates.

I am confused - How can I get some help?
A:
We are updating our Partner Blog weekly with information about the new Platform. If you get really stuck, we are always available via email at affiliatesupport@viator.com. Please include your AUID number and contact information when contacting us.
