Singapore Flyer Sky Dining

Enjoy a wonderful 90-minute fine-dining experience with panoramic views aboard the Singapore Flyer, the world's largest observation wheel. It towers above Singapore's iconic landmarks - Marina Bay, Singapore River, Raffles Place financial district - and features the world's first full-butler dinner service in the sky. You'll make two complete rotations over the course of 60 minutes on this architectural and engineering marvel.

On arrival for your Singapore Flyer sky-dining experience, you will welcomed at the first floor guest services lounge. Your hostess will guide you to a shared dining capsule. The dining capsules seat a maximum of 10 diners with butlers on-hand to ensure you enjoy this one-of-a-kind Singapore dining experience. A welcome drink and your first two courses, the appetizer and the main course, are served during the two rotations of the Singapore Flyer, a duration of  approximately 60 minutes. Dessert is served in the Singapore Flyer's VIP lounge. Freshly brewed coffee and specialty tea is also available. (Please note you must select your main meal at time of booking).

The Singapore Flyer stands 165 meters (541 feet) tall, a full 30 meters (90 feet) taller than the London Eye observation wheel in London!

• Fresh summer berries in ginger ale

• Pan-seared scallops with yellow and green zuchinni carpaccio, topped with baby arugula salad and roasted pine nuts tossed with a lemon olive oil dressing

• Noisette of Maple glaze Pacific salmon stuffed with sesame seeds, drizzled with lemony buerre blanc and garnished with frizzled leeks, nine grain cauliflower mustard potatoes, sauteed brussel sprouts and green beans

• Roasted roulade of chicken wrapped with turkey bacon accompanied with sweet potato mash and garlic baked zucchini topped with thyme infused gravy

• White chocolate buttermilk panna cotta chunks topped with blackberry gelee and sweet reduction and lacey florentine cookies

• Fresh summer berries in ginger ale

• Rocket leaves and sweet cherry tomato accompanied with roasted pine nuts, whisked with honey lime dressing

• Grilled portobello layered with fennel pollen polenta accompanied with eggplant puree with cucumber and capsicum coulis

• Sweets of the day (to be served at the VIP Lounge after 2nd rotation together with a choice of freshly brewed coffee or specialty tea)

• Fresh summer berries in ginger ale

• Pacific crystal prawns with vine tomatoes and a mango and avocado salsa

• Pumpkin and pear soup with salami

• Oven braised beef cheeks simmered in abalone stock with chefs accompaniment
• Ballotine of chicken confit and garden vegetables
• Snapper fillet in tandoor yoghurt served with spring vegetables and a scallion and ginger pesto

• Hazelnut praline mousse
