• A tasting platter comprising of Asian style king prawn salad, tandoori roast vegetables and confit duck leg with a lentil salad

• Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with brie and semi-dried tomatoes served on couscous with a tarragon cream sauce.
• Crispy skin Moroccan salmon, served on potato rosti with avocado salsa and caper mayonnaise.
• Pan fried eye fillet with roasted seasonal vegetables, black garlic butter and porcini mushroom cream sauce.
• Grilled polenta with mushroom ratatouille and palm hearts, drizzled with truffle oil and vincotto.
• Char grilled pork rib eye served with a sweet potato mash, glazed green beans and an olive and balsamic reduction.
