While a little apprehensive about bicycling through the busy streets of Barcelona, our sensational guide, Ava,
put us all at ease, made sure everyone was safe and kept with the group, and all of us had an unforgettable experience on a beautiful, hot summer day in Barcelona. Ava is a fantastic storyteller. She has a wonderful way of bringing history to life with her stories at each of the stops on the route. While the tour covers at least 12 kms and visits many significant sights around Barcelona, we never felt rushed. The lunch at the restaurant on the Barcelona beach was really good - an added bonus of the trip. I would highly recommend this tour and would love to do it again. I would also add that we did three tours while in Barcelona, all arranged through Viator, and everyone of them was exactly as advertised and better!. The guides were very professional the tour representatives met us on time and at the locations indicated everything went very smoothly. And, every tour was incredible value for the money.

Great experience for my 12 year old son and me! Perfect way to hit many of the best sites across Barcelona, particularly if you only have a few days in the city. The cycling was easy and our guide, Cam, was very fun and informative. Our tour finished with a lovely lunch on the beach at Barceloneta.

Was a little hard to find and guide expressed his political views a little too often but overall was great. My 13 and 14 year old kids said that it was their favorite excursion.

Even in stifling heat, bicycling was easy and convenient. The route covered a large number of sites that would otherwise require days on foot, or a much more expensive automobile-based tour. Navigating the throngs of pedestrians and cars was a little tricky, since most of the pedestrians are also sightseers with their eyes scanning the sites or buried in guidebooks, smartphones, cameras, and maps. The main bicycle company ran out of bicycles and we had to use bicycles from a partner company. The tourguide was knowledgeable and charming and funny, and satirized the reputation of Spaniards in the eyes of northern Europeans. Lunch was well-planned and inexpensive on the beach.
