The low rating given is only because our trip was virtually ruined by the awful weather. This, of course, was completely out of the control of Viator, the Harbour cruise boat and the Zoo. It was a great shame that torrential rain spoilt both our trip across the harbour and caused a lot of the animals (showing a lot of sense) to be tucked away where it was dry. The zoo must be a wonderful place to visit in good weather but we had to cut it short as we were wet through.

i was dissappointed by this tour for several reasons, first off the information provided did not say that the encounters sold out within an hour of the park opening, therefore missed the koala and giraffe encounters...the elephant look out was closed, the food was highly over priced and not good quality, and i found the staff quite unhelpful. however the nice part is you got pretty good views of the animals - that were actually out several were not ....... and they have a snow leopard ...to which their habitat is cold and snowy - they state this yet its under the hot sun in dead grass and rocks, seemed a little strange to me ...... all in all i was dissappointed and would not go back
