Was not impressed with the staff upon arrival, shut out of the office in the rain and told to go away and come back in 45 mins (after being picked up super early from our hotel). Guide made up for it, outstanding, so would recommend.

I booked this for my first night in Rome, and it was a great way to get a 'feel' for the city - I would have loved to have stopped everywhere, but this is just not feasible - only 2 stops for photo opps is never going to be enough! A very knowledgeable guide who spoke 4 languages in order to accomodate everyone on the tour (wow!) added to the experience.

This tour was only average. The connecting van was late and I had to call them twice to make sure they were coming. The came to the wrong hotel but we could see the van and were able to connect. I thought the tour guide was a bit too dramatic for my taste. We also didn't end up with the stop at a hilltop above Rome which we had done before. I probably would not recommend this tour to someone else.
