Our guide, Ciara Kira, was fantastic: highly knowledgable, patient in answering questions, by no means dogmatic given the subject at hand, kept us moving along. Her discussion of the Sistine Chapel was invaluable for us to understand and better appreciate what we were seeing.

This tour guide was awesome. He is so damn funny. He made the tour greater with his sense of humor and impressive knowledge. He was so patient and concerned about our well being, because it was so crowded.
We were very lucky to have such a talented tour guide, he should be teaching at a university.

This was great, our tour guide was so knowledgable she was great. She explained so many different facets of the exhibits that we would never have known about. We booked other trips through other providers this was the best.

Our tour guide was excellent. Sights were amazing. On a side note, most rooms not air conditioned, was extremely crowded and very, very hot.

I forget the name of our tour guide, darn it. I want to say it was Seraphina? She had the purple flag thingy. She was lovely! She made sure to give all members of the group information. She was very knowledgeable and patient it was very hot. She seemed to enjoy her job and took pride in doing it well. She answered all questions with a lot of detail and was very thorough. City Wonders - the company that does these tours - has like 27 tours going on at once so it can be VERY confusing trying to figure out where to go and who with. The tour itself was enjoyable, however we were shuffling like a herd of sheep through most of it, which was pretty miserable. We were so happy to be done and ran around like children when we weren't suddenly sandwiched in with a million other people. It was definitely worth it to do the tour - skip the lines and have someone explaining things to you that you wouldn't otherwise learn.
