Excellent and prompt service, i made a mistake by making a duplicate booking. Viator was very quick in refunding the booking charges.
I will recommend viator anytime.
Very good expereince. Paul (our last guide) was the absolute best. He was personable and played music along with his information about the city.
The first driver who was both driver and tour guide on an open toped van/bus was very rude and didn't inform us where/if we could get off for stops at Lombard and Coit Tower. Slowed down only. Wish I could remember h is name. (but he may not have given it)
We are from the Bay Area, but love San Francisco. We visit it once a month. But I decided to be more adventureous and leave the driving to someone else. I highly recommend this tour. The tour guides were friendly and very informative.

Bought a two-day pass but only used it on 9-Dec.
The rides were fantastic. Guide was excellent. Love the places along the route.
Timing between buses is 30 minutes, which I think it's just nice if you are alighting at scenery places.
Would book the tour via Viator again if there is chance.
Great tour! Helpful guides a lot of fun!

Was a cheap way to see the city, great idea, just go to the things you want. Commentary wasn't very good, but that's ok. Recommend this, particularly for people who don't have long in a city and want to cram in all the sights in one day.

Where do I start? It was wonderful and our tour guide, Victoria, and Driver, Angel were amazing. We had planned to make a few stops on the way but were having such a fun time that we chose to ride all around and did get off at Union Square and back on again to go around again, to stop at Pier 39.

It was a raining day on the day I took the bus tour. I didn't get much chance to see the city. However, I wanted to say a big Thanks to the tour guy. He was so friendly and I could felt his passion on this job. I will use the services again next time I go back to San Francisco.
