It was easy to contact the driver and he came quickly. Smooth trip into San Francisco. There was an additional $12 airport fee for us. I don't think that would be charged on the SuperShuttle: somewhat of a hidden and unexpected cost.

This transfer was great. I arrived in San Francisco and called my driver from the plane. I walked right out of the door and a new SUV was waiting to pick up my boyfriend and I. The driver lifted our heavy golf clubs into the trunk and we were off! The driver was very safe and knew exactly where to drop us off!
