This is a must see. I'm glad I booked ahead becuz tickets were all sold out!! Georgia our tour guide very very knowledgeable and added great interest to the tour. Only problem was finding the gallery. It's in the park and not on a Main Street. Wonderful!!!

We had Rebekah as our guide, she was wonderful, so passionate and knowledgable, it was the quickest 2 hours ever. We found ourselves spellbound whilst listening to her, it was marvellous!

This was a delightful tour, led by Rebecca, who was very enthusiastic and well-informed guide.
The museum is quite large, and has more art than can be fully absorbed in the two hours that the museum allots. It seems to me that Rebecca had a choice to either highlight and add depth to selected objects, or give a "drive-by" tour of most or all of the museum.
Rebecca's choice was to highlight a limited portion of the museum, which was the correct choice in our opinion, and of all but one member of the tour. She was very well-informed and enthusiastic, adding history to the works of art, making the tour first-rate. The tour of the garden was also very enjoyable.
The one member of the tour who would have preferred a different approach chose to chastise Rebecca in front of the rest of us, which we all considered inappropriate. Rebecca, however, handled the criticism professionally and gracefully.
We highly recommend this tour of the Borghese Gallery.
This tour was the highlight of our stay in Rome. Rebecca, our guide, was just amazing. Her passion, her excellent communication skills and, of course, her knowledge made the tour simply inspiring. She really took the time to connect with each person on the tour and had such a lovely manner and this meant that the tour was both interesting and lots of fun. We went on several tours and went to the major tourist sites while in Rome but both my husband and I thought this was the absolute best thing we did. It beauty of the art and the gallery itself just left us speechless and we will definitely try and return one day and recommend to our friends as an absolute must when in Rome

Our tour guide was called Rebecca and i nothing else to say but she is amazing. This tour was probably last on my list, but after the tour i cannot recommend this tour enough. Rebecca was great guide she was so passionate about the art and her story telling was able to capture our imaginations and bring the paintings and sculptures alive.

This a mustsee as normally theres a 2 to 3 month waiting list.If you wish to visit you will not be able to just walk in.Its the only museum i have been to where theres a incredibly strict 2 hour visit and then you are literally ushered out into the wonderful gardens so the next group can be let in.As for the art is truly breathtaking.I was lucky enough to just stand and stare for at least 10 minutes at David with the Head of Goliath i am a huge caravaggio fan and was definitely one of my rome highlights. The guide like all the others was very knowledgeable and funny.

Choosing a tour provider for Rome visits is not easy because there are almost too many options. When I found that Viator provided tours, I knew they were reputable and well run from previous experience. They now also have a phone app that makes booking and keeping track of your tours even easier! We booked three tours with Viator and all three were excellent.
For the Borghese tour, our guide was Rebecca, a transplanted American, Art History major. She was fantastic! She is absolutely passionate about the art at the Borghese. She had GREAT stories and her enthusiasm was superb. It is not easy to get tickets for the Borghese and they limit visits to 2 hours. Rebecca makes sure you get the best from it! She was excellent!
This was one of the best tours I've ever taken. Our guide, Georgia was fantastic, both knowledgable and funny. The gallery is wonderful, but you really need a guide to best understand it, find the hidden treasures, etc. Our kids (college-aged) were intially reluctant but admitted afterward that this may have been the best art museum they've ever been to. Ask for Georgia!
