Once again, all went very smoothly. The driver was helpful, on time, pleasant and a competent driver. This is the fourth time I've used this service and wouldn't change even for a lower price.

This was a seamless transfer. One phone call to an efficient person and short wait for a courteous driver who walked right up to us, took our luggage and delivered us efficiently to our hotel. As tired travelers it was a wonderful beginning to our visit.
Booked our return as well and was efficient on the return as well. Great service. Will use again as we will be traveling more in the future

I have used this service on the last 2 trips to Paris. They were easy to contact and arrived on time. I know you can sometimes use the metro, but with large suitcases this is much easier.

When I called the customer service to confirm the time, it is a pleasure to speak with someone who speaks fluent English. The pick up was right on the dot and are absolutely professional. We have booked the shuttle for an upcoming trip. Wouldn't consider any other options.
