Viator were great. I had bought this trip as a present for my daughter and two friends who were visiting for their 40th birthdays.There were flight problems in UK but a quick phone call to Viator to advise them and on arrival the limo arrived at JFK in ten minutes. The girls loved it after a very stressful flight and luggage problems it was fab.The driver very friendly and helpful.Thankyou

A wonderful way to arrive - especially with a complimentary upgrade to a limo - just for ME!! My driver was also a very kind, courteous gentleman.

Had booked a SUV but a fabulous black Limo arrived to take us to the hotel, was a surprise for my family, they were stunned, they were smiling all day. The driver was very helpful and pleasant, great start to our holiday in New York.

The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall and welcomed us to New York. He helped with our luggage and escorted us to the limousine in the nearby covered car park. It was a beautiful white limmo which really thrilled our party. The driver patiently took photos on each of our 6 cameras before driving us to our hotel. A really exciting, enjoyable experience. Worth every cent !!!!!
