Top class tour, excellent and fun guides, time to look around on foot after the airboat ride and talk/demo with the alligators and mega boat trip too. We got held up in some road works but the driver kept us well informed and ensured we didn't have 'lost' time by putting us on a later bay cruise.

Fun interesting trip - Biscayne Bay cruise is from Bayside - theres a great Hard rock cafe there and some limited but super shopping if you dont want to return to your hotel with the tour (taxi's at the front- $21 to south beach)

The airboat adventure was great!!! Cruise would have been great I'm sure but we had terrible weather and ended up spending the entire cruise in the rain! :-(
But overall it was a great trip!

It was a great trip! The tour description on this site is accurate and we all had a great time.
The only inaccuracy is the length of the tour if you take the Cruise. Since they drop you off at Bayside for the cruise and only pick you up long after the cruise ends, the total length of the whole trip is closer to 8-9 hours. This is fine since Bayside is nice, but Viator should advertise this.
Good value for money.

Great service from the tour bus driver/guide and Lisa, our Air-Boat Captain and guide during the air-boat ride. Biscayne Bay "cruise" was fun and enjoyable with almost non-stop commentary from jennifer, our cruise guide, covering much interest in the homes of the "rich and famous" and film/TV locations. I will definately recommend this package to all my friends and acquaintances going to Miami.
