I had never been to an opera before, so I thought Italy was the perfect time for a first time. And I have to admit I was really impressed. I wasn’t too sure of what to expect, and I thought it may not be my type of music, but I really enjoyed it. The opera singers were really passionate and did an amazing job. I can’t wait to go to the next opera now!Reviewed by: Blanca, United Kingdom, December 2013
The dinner was ok, I dont eat meat and the vegetarian meal contained a lot of cheese which I dont eat either, it was a pretty standard meal, not outstanding. The concert on the other hand was fantastic, fabulous evening, the singers were definately outstanding! Rated on the concert only.Reviewed by: Judy B, November 2013
Absolutely brillant. It was a fab evening, the tour guide was a fun chap who really made the evening start well, the dinner was very good with tasty food and wine, the group we were with really got on well and we all had such a good time getting to know each other. The concert was the highlight of the evening, so professional and I am so glad we attended, the pianist arranged it all and most of the funds made went to a very worthwhile charity. Thank you and we will be recommending it to all our friends.Reviewed by: Bernise G, November 2013
Great evening in Florence. After dinner we didn't have to go far to go to the concert. The venue where the concert takes place is very nice. Small but nice and the concert was fantastic.Reviewed by: Sandra, October 2013
This experience was great......first of all, the host was expert, friendly, and to our utter delight, totally a man of the world (and Florence).....the five-course dinner was first-rate, and we enjoyed the pleasure of meeting new friends from all over the world in our group....and the best, was the opera, and the beautiful church....super talented singers, and piano accompanist......well worth the money for a great, great night out in the best city in the world.Reviewed by: Donald G. A wonderful evening. While the food was perhaps a little basic we still enjoyed it and the singing was exceptionalReviewed by: Maria F, October 2013
A very entertaining evening. Lovely Tuscan dinner in good company followed by a simply marvellous taste of the opera in the form of duets and arias all conducted in a lovely church. Beautiful and atmospheric.Reviewed by: ANNE C, October 2013

This was fantastic. The dinner is simple but tasty.
The opera is superb and fun, a great taster for those not regular opera attendees.
Church very hot so bring water as only champagne available at interval.
My husband and I attended the dinner and concert with our kids, 15 and 10. It was the perfect experience. The dinner was good, but don't expect a culinary experience; it was very hot that night, and it was even hotter inside the restaurant; they gave us enough to eat. Antonio, our guide, is very nice and knowledgeable. The concert is very high quality, and it's not too intense, specially for the kids. It was a nice mixture of opera songs and piano interpretations, all superbly executed. The walk from the meeting point (Piazza de la Santa Trinita) to the restaurant and then to the church, was very nice, and fairly short. All in all, a beautiful experience for the whole family.Reviewed by: Sibyl V, July 2013
