Really satisfied. We had too much luggage for a happy Maglev trip and I asked to change to car transportation from the hotel to the airport, and this was quickly organized. Our guide was very helpful at the airport.

We were met by the lovely hostess who helped us with our luggage, took us to the Maglev Station, made sure we were comfortably seated on the train, explained how the train worked, took us by taxi to our hotel and made sure we were booked in quickly and without fuss. We would take this tour again !

Michel, the person from the tour was exactly on time at our hotel pickup. During our car transport to the train station he was plesant in discussing our stay in China. At the station he was smooth in obtaining our tickets and guiding us to the train. The ride was an experience, traveling at 300 k ane we were in the airport in 9 minutes. The Shangai Airport is hugh and with his assistance we were delievered hassle free to our airline checkin location where he helped us with our bags. The complete experience was excellent.

It was fantastic to have someone to meet and greet and take me to my destination. In hindsight it was very expensive compared with the price of tickets and transport. But worth it for the arrival.
