This was a fantastic tour. Time was limited in Paris and this tour showed all the best exhibits in the Louvre. Our guide, Sylvie was one of the best guides I have ever had with any Viator tour. I highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed this tour. You can't go to Paris without visiting the Louvre Museum. Our guide Alexandre was excellent.
Would recommend 'skipping the line' - we went past quite long queues.

There is so much to see. Having a guide is a must and skipping the line up is a bonus.

Absolutely fantastic! Our guide was a French lady who was self-deprecating and VERY funny. She was terrific. You'll get to see the Louvre's highlights, but I highly recommend visiting Napoleon III's rooms at the end (it's not part of the tour.) Our guide recommended it to us and I'm glad I stopped by.

Our guide was the most informed and most articulate in English of all the tours we took.I've been to the Louvre twice before on my own and this tour was so much better than my self guided experiences. The Louvre is immense and definitely benefits from a guided tour. I would recommend this tour unhesitently.

Our tour guide was great! I do recommend this way to see the Louvre as it is such a big museum, you would never know what to see first. Our guide took us to the highlights and it still took 3 hours! A wonderful experience!

This tour was well worth the price and is highly recommended. The Louvre is so big and is really difficult to know where to go without having a guide. I was on a strict time schedule because I was only in Paris for a short period and this was an efficient way to ensure that I saw all of the highlights in the museum. The guide was extremely knowledgeable on all of the art work and that made the experience very enjoyable (much more enjoyable than if I tried to wonder through myself).
On the day that I went the Louvre opened late because there was a last minute assembly to address the workers who were striking because of all of the pick-pocketing that occurs at the museum. We did not know it was going to open late until we arrived but the organizers were in touch with someone via cellphone who was keeping them informed. Once we knew the time that the museum would open (an hour past our start time). The company offered to buy us all coffee drinks at one of the cafes inside while we waited. The company who organized everything seemed to be a subcontractor who had people who booked through viator and other websites.
There are a few chances to site briefly on the tour but you are mostly standing and walking for 3 hours so wear comfortable shoes. You can take pictures inside (just no flash). And finding the meeting point was extremely easy (it is the large arc monument in the courtyard, if you are standing by the glass pyramid outside then it is just across the small street).

Our tour guide was so knowledgable !! We chose an evening tour, which was a great option as it was less crowded. We saw everything we wanted to see, and our tour guide's in depth explanation of the history of each piece was priceless. Go early for pics at pyramid in the daylight!

The only way to tour the Louvre!! Our guide Silvie was amazing and the headsets worked beautifully. Without her we would have been lost. She knew all the great pieces to see, and all the quick back ways to get to them. She was super knowledgable and shared her passion for art history. I was amazed at how much we covered in our 3 hours. This tour covers a lot of ground at a rapid pace. It's not for the un-fit or those who move at at a slow pace. I wouldn't recommend touring the Louvre on your own, unless you have a really detailed map and all day. This was definitely the way to go.
