We had such a wonderful time and would highly recommend this trip. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was an angel and he made our trip so memorable and fabulous! He not only showed us where to go but also what to watch for and treated my 70 year old mother like a princess. Even though our flight was delayed due to weather, it couldn't erase the fantastic memories that we made and the happiness we felt all day. We can't thank you enough for making this trip to New York so special.

well organised from start to finish.a wonderful experience.seeing the falls from both sides was un believeable and the boat trip was superb. we had a wonderful guide,guisseppe,he explained everything about the whole area and was extremely knowledgeable. you felt you had learnt so much about the area in such a short space of time.getting up early for flight from newark was well worth it. lunch in the sheraton was excellent (buffet lunch )with great variety of dishes and you could have as much as you want! the view from the sheraton was superb so dont forget the camera.all in all an excellent 14 hrs experience. thank you guisseppe.

Absolutely fantastic, it was the highlight of our holiday. A very early start and a long day but well worth it. The guide in Buffalo was excellent providing clear information and very helpful. A very big thank you to him. I would most certainly recommend the trip to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed Niagara Falls the guide was great his name Guiseppe, and had a great day. The lunch at Sheraton was nice and I would recommend it to anyone.

This fabulous, our pick car in New York was 30 minutes late but this was due to 2 other passengers forgetting their passports and the car having to return to their hotel to collect .
Our plane was about 1 hour late taking off on both the outward and return flights but this was due to American air traffic controllers taking industrial action.
Everything else was perfect and went according to plan. Our guide was first class speaking 3 different languages for the 16 people in our party.
The lunch time buffet meal at the Sheraton Hotel on the Canadian side of the falls was excellent with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes plus salads and desserts.
Because visitors to the falls were not very many we were able to see other sights near the falls without being rushed.
Needless to say the Maid of the Mist trip was the highlight of the day and it was worth every penny.
A long day but worth every minute.

Sensational day! Smoothly run day from pickup to drop off. Our guide "Joe" was fantastic and went out of his to make sure everything was perfect!

Our trip to Niagara was fantastic from the pick up to the drop off we can not fault the service. Our tour guide Guiseppi was great and seemed to know every one we met on the way! He took great care of all of us and was full of interesting information.
The meal and the views at the Sheraton were excellent.
We were not expecting to go on the Maid of the Mist as it was not supposed to be open but it had opened early and that had to be the very best part of the day , be warned you do get extremly wet but it is worth it.
All in all I can not think of any better way to spend my birthday.

What a magic day...ok up 0500 pick up point on time..off to airport fly to Buffalo about 50 mins..great bus ride down the freeway or is it up the freeway !! where to first ?? Canada side first..what a view !! what a sound !! mist, snow, wet, cold, but a view I have never seen before... Breath taking.. Wonderful buffet lunch great photo stop also..Think you will just have to go to see the American side and enjoy the sound of the falls...A full day of joy and pleasure..A must do if near new york...Flight back to NY 2130 ...Forgot to say had dinner with 15 new friends... Buffalo wings 4 the best pick..just a hint...Go enjoy yourself in niagara falls..make the most of your trip..you will be pleased...
