It was freezing but very cool!! A must do! Just be careful taking pics in there, your camera freezes & goes blurry for a few hrs after!! Had a great time!

When I showed up at the ice lounge they did not have me listed as having booked so I was hoping that I wasn't going to have any trouble getting in but they did let us in. The experience of the ice lounge itself was really good.

Ice bar is a very unique experience. When we went it was pretty quiet and we had the place to ourselves, would have been a better atmosphere if more people were around. Still highly recommend you check it out.

This would have been better had we gone later in the day - we chose 12pm - and not worn shorts! Thinking that the clothes provided would be an all-in-one type of garment, my daughter wore shorts and turned bright red in seconds. Otherwise, it was a novelty - and the cocktails were delicious.

It was worth seeing; I thought it would have been bigger but it was basically a freezer with ice sculptures in. Would not return.

The review is misleading. There is no "tour", your just paying for entry into the lounge which is cheaper if you actually just pay at the lounge itself. The lounge is very small inside and I dont recommend it for single travelers. It has the potential to be fun given you go with a group of friends, otherwise your not missing much.

Not happy could not get into chill on ice for aprox 20 mins could not find our booking mad us feel as though we were doing something wrong even though we had our booking info as i had downloaded it (lucky i had) Thay went through book after book checking then finally allowed us in under duress i felt.. DON
