What a fun experience. Jose and Rudy were great to us. Very patient with showing us how to operate the segways, went over safety etc. We enjoyed the day with them, snorkeling in the beach area, and touring the Island with Jose, on the segways. Jose spoke perfect English, and was vey informative about the isaland and even all the history questions I asked him. Great time, we can reccommend this tour, to anyone who wants a fun experience. This was an awesome excursion! We had never ridden a Segway and wanted to try it - and get in some beach time too. This excursion fit the bill perfectly. The two guides, Juan Carlos and ??? (chase" truck driver) were very friendly and helpful. Juan Carlos was very patient and did a great job training us on how to ride the Segways before we took off for the beach. What a fun ride - and the route along the beach was beautiful! The beach club was very relaxing and the snorkeling was pretty good. All in all, it was a great excursion. I would recommend it to anyone.

We took this tour with Fred as the leader on 6/29/12. It was very fun! We had ridden Segways one other time in DC, so it didn't take long to get used to them. We rode on a sidewalk and a back road to a very nice beach where we snorkeled. We felt safe the whole time. Roberto rode in a truck behind us to beep and warn of passing cars. The snorkeling was just average at the beach where we went, but the equipment was well-maintained, the water was calm, and they had nice lounge chairs for sunning, plus a great little restaurant for trying authentic Mexican fish tacos and chips with homemade guacamole. We enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend it to anyone. Fred was an awesome guide!

I booked this tour for myself and my kids aged 19 and 22, and we all loved it. Our guide, Fred, was wonderful, making sure we all were ready to go on our segways, and he also led us in the snorkeling to spots he knew were particularly interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We were a party of 4 off a cruise ship - saved money booking direct, smaller group and a great time ! what's not to love.
We had never tried a Segway before and they taught us in about 10 minutes !!

Recommend booking through Viator as you save $10 to 15 from the price of the cruise ship charge. Very fun experience! Staff was very professional and competent and good ratio of staff to tourists. Good use of helmets. They were there to assist everyone and especially newbies to Segway. The tour guides met us at El Cid Hotel which is right next to International Pier. We took a colorful open bus toward the training area. This 3 and a half hour tour started with training and then a 30-40 minute Segway ride onto a straight sidewalk to a beach road and then along the beautiful coast with the beach right there. Gorgeous views. The stop was at a beach hotel with complimentary snorkel gear or beach chairs with umbrellas. The beach here was a bit rocky at water entry, but that makes for better snorkeling. The trip back was the same as the one going on the Segway. Easy Segway experience! Recommend. I only wish it had more actual Segway time and less at the beach.

Got off the ship and went the wrong direction not knowing which port we entered. Found the resort and the rep was waiting. Had a great tme and the guides were friendly, helpful and professional. Even took us back to our port to save us a $7 cab fare.
