Gloria was our tour guide and she did an amazing job! What a great day! We saw so much history and got to go shopping in the markets! It was well organized and we saw everything and had lots of free time to shop!

Great trip.....I Had a really good time walking the streets of Florence and learning about the history. The tour guides did a great job. I will share my experience with family and friends who travel in Italy.

Outstanding! The guide who travelled with us from Rome was incredible: knowledgeable, charming and soooo Italian! And the guide in Florence was great: she provided a lot of information without making the tour dull; she took us through all the highlights and made us feel like going back for more in the future!

We were met - spot on time - by Mario (Dark Rome) who accompanied us together with Angelo all the way to Florence. We didn't nod off on the minivan cause he kept us all entertained with stories of our surroundings and serenaded us on the trip back with his lovely baritone!
In Florence, our local guide Francesca too was amazing and pointed out every interesting spot as we ambled along the cobbled streets of this lovely city. Florence is a dream come true for anyone interested in art and we were gloriously happy with the tour. The only tour we didn't book through Viator was an absolute disastor and we have now decided to always book through our tours through Viator in the future.

Mario was an amazing tour guide. He was so informative on the entire way to Florence and there we met another guide. Wish we could have spent more time there!

Our Guide Peter was wonderful, but Angela was somehow in a rush and didn't give us time to take pictures or even shop
