The driver was 5 minutes late but we were still early for our train. He made sure we knew where to go by taking us to the Eurostar elevator.

Faultless service. The driver was waiting for us on our arrival at Gare du Nord, helped with our luggage and provided helpful ideas on our stay in Paris. Booking through Viator was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this service and would not hesitate in using their services again.

We arrived in Paris at 11.30pm with a 2 year old and heaps of luggage. On the ttrain I realised we had said meet us at Gare du Nord but we were arriving in Gare de Lyon. A quick call from the train and they fixed things up. The driver was waiting for us and the transfer was very smooth. Would recommend this to anyone arriving in a big city. Van was spacious and very clean. A good start to our holiday.

Another great choice because we arrived in Paris late and didn't want to haul our luggage through their Metro System. The driver was very helpful, polite, and professional. He drove us right in front of the Eiffel Tower and it was lit up - what a welcome to Paris!!!!! It was excellent. He also gave us his own live tour guide as he drove us to the hotel. He stopped so we could go to an ATM machine. Very well worth the money and time when you are not familiar with the city's transportation system/language. Well worth the money!!! We also felt very safe...
