everything about the tour was sensational, well organised,well plannned, just the only way to go. The only negatives were no down time between daytime excursions and dinner time, BUS drivers with attitude. Which I hope they fix because it was a great experience

Money extremely well spent. Brilliant food, guide and company. Loved every aspect of the tour even the aspects which I initially were not to keen on. Each member of the tour guide team went above and beyond to offer a unique experience. Would never have seen so much if I had tried to do this individually especially with the quality of the hotels.

This was the best value tour I have ever been on. I rated every aspect of the trip as superior and could not find a single fault.

This trip was so worth doing. The flying was great and accommodation fantastic.
Our tour guide, Audrey was the best. She made sure we saw everything. Our group was the best as the 10 of us were all Aussies. We all had a great time.

Absolutely great trip. I would recommend it to anyone. The itinery was well thought out and not rushed at all. The only stumbling block was in Wahington D.C. with a cantankerous bus driver (not the fault of Viator) who wasted enough time that our guide had to re-organise (done easily)

Really great trip. So worth the money. Saw heaps of places and did some great things. Tour guides were great. Only one problem we had 24 German pasengers, 2 Danish and us 2 little Ozzies. Made mixing very hard. But all went smoothly. Good accomodation and transportation. Would definately reccomend.

There were 3 adults in our party and we all would recommend highly if you have 6 days to spare in NY to take this tour as it is value plus all accomodation was wonderful and meal were exceptional .Our tour guide Danielo was also good as this was his first tour and he was like a professional granted the group we had was wonderful. the whole tour was filled with new adventures covering all aspects of the cities we visited, there was nothing overlooked. This experience left us so satisified that we used viator 3 more times during our 5 weeks stay in the USA and will definitely use them when visiting Europe if available. All 3 of us said this was the highlight of our time away Thanks Again Viator

Just a fantastic tour, we loved everything about it. So well planned, the hotels and restaurants were great, going by plane saved so much time and we had time to visit some amazing places. The Tour Guide was just excellent! I'm already planning to go on their West Coast Tour.

Well, our first tour ever as we usually plan our own trips and I'd have to say it was truly amazing! Our guide Janis was wonderful and the gang on the tour were all just about all fantastic to tour with. Lucky for us we made friends with the other 3 Australians on the trip and Rad, who was claiming to be one of us...he he. But we made some great friends, saw some truly wonderful sights, (Niagara our highlight), the hotels were first rate, the bus drivers were excellent, and apart from a few delays with our plane, the trip was the best thing we have done and would definitely recommend it to anyone under 65 (a fair bit of walking involved). Look, you could pick out faults if you wanted to take a good look at things, and we have given feedback that perhaps you need a bit longer break between day activities and dinner at night, but we would be complaining just for the sake of it if we had bad things to say, which we definitely don't. Tour Guide -A A+, Hotels - A+, Meals - A, Drivers - A+, Companions - AA+. Great value for money. Loved it, Loved it, Loved it!!!!!

Tour guide, Ruben was very professional and knowledgeable ,hotels of a very high standard attractions very good if a little tiring on some days.The venue to meet was changed and we had no way of being contacted as we were travelling through USA Hotel Hudson were of no assistance when we arrived at 5.30 am and but for another traveller who had stayed there the night before we would still be wating,Viatour did notify us but on our home computor and in any event at the time I contacted Mauiva to reconfirm prior to leaving Australia the contract with Hudson Hotel had been cancelled some 2 months prior and Maiviva should have informed us at that time as they would have been aware. It cost an extra $13 for another taxi and was very stressful at the time.Apart from this however a 5 star experience at a very good price
