Miami City Tour including Bayside and Biscayne Bay Cruise

The tour was interesting and fun, although the organisation at the tour office was a bit chaotic and I'm not sure we were all on the right tour bus. Guide was enthusiastic but pointing out the value of various properties around Miami is not what I was there for. The bay cruise was good fun.

It was a great tour... Bus driver was very knowledgeable and energetic. Boat tour was also scenic but the staff was not as engaging. Having to take a taxi back to Lincoln road was inconvienient and possed an untimely burden because of the lack of pior notification.

Land and water tours were great! The only thing we did not realize is that if you are not doing the Everglades tour, you stay at the marketplace for over 2 hours. We took the city bus back to our hotel which was enlightening!

This was a nice combination of city tour and cruise, Harry the bus driver is a cool guy and knows what he is talking about.
Only issue, the bus had an Air leak and we had to drive to the Miami Ghetto to change to a another bus which was very hot and very old

I read several reviews of the tour and I disagree with the reviews completely. Yes, the tour guide and the bus driver are one in the same. He was hilarious, well educated about everything we saw in the tour. There was one person on the bus whose first language was Spanish. As a result he gave the tour in both English and Spanish which I thought was really a nice touch. The bus was not a brand new 2014 bus made in Canada, but it was not an antique either, did not smell of mildew or have bugs. The bus was very comfortable. The bus tour was combined with a boat tour of Biscayne Bay and some of the Stars homes. This was handled very well. The boat tour guide's first language was Spanish and sometimes difficult to understand, but we got through it, and it was a wonderful trip. My only disappointment was the guide on the bus, did not mention or cover, the Perez Museum, the Arsht Performing Arts Center or the Design District which I think are important characteristics of where Miami is headed. Lunch in Calle Ocho would have been a treat, because of the Cuban influences in Miami. We stopped only briefly for a run through the shops and a quick, and I mean quick Mojito. All in all, I thought the trip was well worth it. We are new residences of Miami, and we took this trip because we wanted to get better acquainted with the City of Miami. One other thing, there was no mention of the New World Symphony, the Miami Philharmonic, the Miami City Ballet, and the very active play scene. We have lived in Miami for seven months, and believe me, there is something going on every day. The tour is a wonderful introduction to the City of Miami and Miami Beach. We highly recommend it.
