Perfect experience. Our driver was entertaining, the ride so comfortable and very safe even through a snow storm in the mountains. Our guide in Venice was knowledgeable and warm and gave a full experience.

This wasa great tour! Our driver was so friendly and knowledgable. The tourguide met us in Venice and gave us a private tour. She was just delightful and knew so much about Venice. I would highly recommend this tour.

This was absolutely wonderful! Our tour guide was outstanding. She showed us parts of Venice we never would of seen on our own along with historical information that helped us truly appreciate the people and the place. Highly recommend. Was well worth it.

This is a must!! We were given a private car and driver that picked us up at our hotel and took us right to Venice about 3 hours from Florence, worth it, the drive was amazing - Tuscan scenery the whole way . We were given a private tour guide who took us all through the back streets of Venice then to the main places. She then left us to do our own thing for a while. We had to take the 2 boat ride each back to the car that drove us back home. It was so private, special and beautiful. Take this tour!!!!!!!

Our private tour to Venice was nice, weather didn't cooperate, rained the whole day. Our driver was okay, he was a little irrated that he couldn't locate our Villa, didn't talk at all during our drive there or back. Our tour guide was excellent once we arrived in Venice, she knew so much, one thing I wish she would have had was the "whisper" devices to hear. With the rain and people you had to be right by her to hear her.

It was a convenient and easy way to see Venice in a day. Expensive but worth it.

Friendly driver and comfortable Mercedes sedan. The 3 hour drive each way is a price you have to pay, but it's worth it if you want to mark Venice off your bucket list. The good news is that I think all you need is a half day to get most of what Venice has to offer, and you avoid the really high costs of staying in a Venice hotel.

Ok day, driver was nice and tour guide was nice. It flooded on the day we went to Venice which was annoying and it rained alot of the day. Took 3 hrs via car, realise now it would have been better to just catch the train as the train takes 1.5 hrs. Tour guide showed us around for 2 hrs, properly didn't really need a guide. Venice was nice but the weather when we went was really bad. Too expensive for 2 ppl, would properly recommend for 6 ppl but if there's only two of you I would just catch a train, the train station was across the road from where our driver dropped us off and you could spend much more time there instead of wasting it on travelling. If you are thinking of booking a gondola, do it there it's much cheaper and there are plenty of gondola companies.

It was a long drive. Although we ordered a car for 4 people the driver arrived with a car for three people. He called to complain, but we ended up driving in the smaller car. The guide was informative, but not a creative presentor. She was helpful. It was a long day for a short time in Venice.

The private driver was incredible-- we had no complains whatsoever with him and would give him 5-stars. The tour guide walked us from one side of Venice to the other side, adding a few facts along the way. It was extremely boring for my children who are 12 and 14. We did not stop and everytime we asked about going to see a site she said it was a fee. After 90-minutes she ended the tour and said goodbye. We had to find a restaurant on our own and contact our driver so he could pick us up. This was our most expensive tour and was such a disappointment. We rode 3-hours to have a 90-minute walk and did not see the inside of any building or museums. Very boring and disappointing knowing we spent so much on this tour. Would never recommend to anyone. We should have taken the train to Venice and then found a well organized tour.
