Chef Alessandro is phenomenal!! We wish we could bring him home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed this class, and wish we would have booked a cooking class every day that we were here. The tour guide that walked us to our class was very kind and punctual. It was easy to find the meeting place, and the only drawback was that we had no "doggie bags". The three pastas were wonderful, the panna cotta was delightful, and the wine capped the meal perfectly. Definitely a MUST do!

This was better than we could have ever imagined! We had so much fun and came back with such an incredible knowledge! We made three pasta dishes and a light dessert. There is more food than you could ever eat. We don't have allergies but it was refreshing to see that they considered them. And, when you are done hanging out and cooking amazing food, you are led down to one of the coolest wine cellars I have been in to enjoy the food you cooked and some complimentary vino. Absolutely amazing! Thank y'all so very much! This was exactly the memory we were looking for in Florence!

This was one of my favorite things I did in Italy! The atmosphere was amazing, fun and lighthearted. The class taught us how to make 2 different types of pasta dough and 3 different kinds of pasta along with a sauce for each. The best part is you get to eat what you've made with a glass of wine. I can't wait to make pasta at home. Well worth the money!

My husband and 2 adult kids and I did this 3 hour course, it was so much fun and we now hope to make fresh pasta at our home in Perth, Australia. The chefs were excellent; so helpful and funny. After we made the pasta and sauces we enjoy eating it, as well as drinking red wine, in their cellar set up with big tables. A great time.

We had a great time and we made the most amazing pasta. The chefs were very patient and helpful. Afterwards we ate in the wine cellar which added to the entire experience.

Fabulous time!! The chefs were able to accommodate my special food requirements. And were VERY nice and cheerful to do this. The pasta cooking lesson was really great and the chefs gave us a very comprehensive lesson. I recommend this to anyone who is interested in cooking.

Loved the class! It was a great way to learn how to make traditional pasta and my mother loves to cook and she had a fantastic time. It was not too long and still gave us time to walk around the city and enjoy our sat. I would love to do more classes from this cooking school.
