We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing trip. The Alhambra is well worth the day to go there. Bus was on time and trip was comfortable. There was a nice breakfast stop and a restroom stop both going and coming back.

The day as a whole was excellent. The tour coordinator and bus driver were great. We had a slight problem with the scheduled time for the pickup in the morning, but that was due to the Semana Santa events in Seville. The tour in Granada was wonderful. Only thing was that we felt we were rushed to move along to meet time schedule, due to crowds that day. After the tour, we were recommended a restaurant in downtown. Each person on our bus went there and it took the 1.5 hours that we had left to tour downtown to eat our lunch, so there was no time to visit shops in the town. Besides just having the clause stating that we might not have sufficient time due to things beyond your control, you might need to add the holidays as a special time when the place may be quite busy. We liked the explanations of the geography, economy, and history of the area as we traveled to Granada. That added a lot of background to the tour.

The tour was very good, and Carlos our tour guide at the alhambra,was excellent. Despite the awkwardness of booking the tour, we would use viator again the main complaint was the final reservation. Done via phone when email would have been so much easier! Also,the space on the coach was very cramped for a four hour trip
