We did get a surprise at the number of kilometres to be travelled butour guide and driver Len (Leonardo) was brilliant. He allowed many stops for photos was full of interesting fatcs about the area, the flora and fauna and history. His music selection was terrific and he made the long journey thoroughly enjoyable.Reviewed by: Wendy H, March 2014
Really freaking awesome Tour at Melbourne !Reviewed by: Heejae L, March 2014
The tour guide Paul is entertaining and helpful. He gave us much information of the history and stories happened when we passed some places. The home made cakes were delicious. We had pretty good time.Reviewed by: Enhui L, February 2014
A little rushed especially with that one couple who were always late coming back, but it was still incredibly beautiful and worth it. The Driver/guide was very informative and just had an overall great personality. Even better, he knew when to inform us of something and when to be quiet and let us breath in what we were seeing. We also got to see live Cockatoos (that shared the picnic with us), Koalas, and Kangaroos. Really enjoyed it overall.Reviewed by: EmmaLee P, March 2014
Feb 16th - We were a party of 5 adults. The coast is breath taking! Two chose to take the helicopter ride. They had tickets in advance but still had to wait in line with all the others that hadn't purchased tickets. The line was so long that they did not have time to walk down to view the coast and had to be picked up later by the driver after delivering the rest of the tour to the next destination only 10 minutes away. The two only had a few minutes to view that destination as well. Perhaps previously purchased tickets should have priority over those deciding the last minute allowing those who planned to be able to view all the sights.
The tour guide was fun and informative. Tea time was delicious and scenic. Lunch was OK but nothing to brag about and the town was full of shops to explore if desired. Dinner is on your own and very rushed. We went to the fish and chip eatery that was recommended but the shop was so dirty that I could not enjoy my meal. Skip this eatery and choose the KFC or pizza.
The driver knew his vehicle and could drive the curves with speed and accuracy BUT the leg room is short for such a long day, oh my aching knees :(Reviewed by: Dennis F, February 2014
