Mike, our guide/london cabbie, was great. He came on time, and was a great host. He included, in his spiel, personal touches. Also, he showed a genuine enjoyment of his work. Keep up the great work.

This was the perfect way to begin our stay in London! Danny was such an amazing tourguide. We were able to get acclimated to the city and see many sites in a short two hours.

This black cabbie tour is an excellent way to start your visit to London as it gives you an overview of the entire city. Our driver, Mark, customized our tour to what we wanted to see and offer some additional suggestions. Well worth the time and money.

This 2 hour tour was just enough time to be in a car and get a good flavor of the city and major sights. I originally wanted to do the 4 hr but after experiencing crazy traffic, July crowds and doing the 2 hour tour, I am glad we did not do the 4 hr. Our guide, Kevin was so friendly, on time and expreamly knowledgeable. He actually gave us extra time which we appreciated. Instead of being dropped back off at our accomodation, we had him drop us at The Tower where we pre-purchased Skip the line tickets via Viator.com...this was very convenient

Our tour was fantastic! David, our driver was the best! He was pleasant, funny and very knowledgeable. My husband and I were only in London for one day so we booked this tour. We are both so glad that we did. We arrived in London too late to get a decent view of the changing of the guard so he took us to St. James Palace where the new guards get ready for the changing of the guard ceremony. There were just a few of us, right across the street with a very clear view because they were so close to us. They went through their inspection, which was very impressive to see. Actually, I think we got a better show than the throngs of people trying to see the changing of the guard. Our only regret is that our tour was not longer. David recommended a great local place for Fish and Chips that was not touristy but rather where the locals hang out.
We were there on a Sunday so Westminster Abbey was not open to tourists. However, he told us that every Sunday at 3 pm the Abbey has their Evensong service, which is a service they have had every day for over 1,000 years. You can go into the Abbey for the service which was breathtaking. Much better than just walking inside to have a look around.
This tour was very worth it. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a great London experience, see the key places without having lots of sweaty or loud folks with screaming tired kids next to you. We were picked up from the train station promptly and delivered to the London Eye (which is NOT worth the hype). We had a much better experience in London due to David because we got to see and experience things that most visitors don't know about. It was relaxed, casual and very fun and informative.
The company was very easy to communicate with. We had to change the tour time due to the time of our train's arrival and they did it without any hassle at all. Very professional, great communication, and overall terrific tour!
