This was an absolute blast! There were 8 of us and none of us had been on a Segway before. Our guide, Andrew, was patient and reassuring with each of us as we learned how to ride the equipment and none of us felt rushed or pressured to get it. He worked with each person until s/he felt comfortable and then we were off to explore DC. This is, by far, the best way to easily get to and see the main attractions in the area. We took the 3-hour tour so there was sufficient time to get off the Segways, check out the monuments, and take pictures. Andrew shared lots of great information at each stop, as well as along the tour. I would definitely do this again and I encourage everyone who is hesitant to try it because they are nervous about getting on the Segway for the first time to just DO IT! You won't be disappointed.

Ally was a great tour guide! It was fun being able to see so many things in a relatively short amount of time. Would highly recommend this to anyone! Riding a Segway is awesome too :

Tais was Very well organized with a practice session before hitting the streets. We had an excellent guide who made sure all were safe at all times. A very good way to see the Mall and other monuments/attractions and gives you a break from all of the walking. A must to do while in Washington!
