The flight was very smooth and fantastic. We totally enjoyed the whole flight every minute of it. It's a great experience to see the Falls from above that we'll never forget. The winery visit at the conclusion of the trip was wonderful too. A very nice finishing touch. Thanks!

The heli tour over the falls was amazing and the pilot was nice and informative. It was a pretty flight to the winery and we loved the Hillebrand Winery. We did the tour, wine tastings and dinner there and they all did not disappoint. Everything was great but just a little confusion on the ride back to the airport. The pilot helped us out and it was a wonderful experience all around. Thank you, Nancy and Dave Hugghins

My husband booked this heli ride as a surprise for our anniversary. We loved the flight and the service from preparing us with a safety video to showing us the sites to feeling very secure and safe in the hands of the pilot was great. BTW I really loved that we had a woman pilot! But once we were dropped off at the winery and were under the understanding that there would be a shuttle from the winery to back to the airport. We tried calling them with no answer and finally ended up getting a cab to take us back to the airport. If no transportation back to your original destination is provided then we should have been told so we could be prepared with cash for a taxi. And if there was a shuttle we should have been told when it would be arriving. This part really added stress to an otherwise perfect anniversary weekend.

My flight was booked for 12 noon. I received a call that the helicopter was required for an emergency and my flight for 3 people was moved to 4 pm. There was no emergency, it was simply that someone else had booked the helicopter for the day. I got to the airport at 3:15 for my 4 pm flight. My 4 pm flight was delayed 2 hours until 6 pm. A lot of disappointments, waiting around and miscommunication.
