We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the South Rim. It was a long day but Geoff, the driver and tour guide was excellent and it didn't feel like such a long way. He was full of information and had a great sense of humour. The tour office was efficient and the process went smoothly to get us all on the appropriate bus. The coffee was good too! The Imax movie was great (hang on to your seats!) and the Grand Canyon spectacular. The double decker bus was also comfortable. The only negative was the passengers who didn't adhere to the time frames and held us up, which meant our stops had to be shorter to make up time. Overall we had a relaxing and pleasant day with good memories and lots of photos. Our first time in the US and everyone was very helpful and friendly.Reviewed by: Glenda L, May 2013
It was a long day, but the bus was very comfortable and the driver is very funny, the only down side was that lunch was not as anticipated. still, worth the money. will highly recommend itReviewed by: Jing X, April 2013
Magnificence and breath taking. I urge you not to miss this. However, it is a long 17 hour tour.Reviewed by: charlielok, April 2013
It was tiring, yet fascinating. Very kind guide, missed the bus, but the other bus driver was staying there for other group helped me to call our driver and he came back to picked up me. I am satisfy for the service, very professional. Recommended especially for first time visit Grand Canyon. ^_^Reviewed by: janelian B, April 2013
The food was terrible. Pick up and drop off arrangement was very bad- was the first one on the pick-up and last one on the drop-off list.Reviewed by: Maria A R, April 2013
