Absolutely everything we wanted. We were taken care of in spite of the "protests" in the city and kept safe without affecting the enjoyment of the tour. Very well done both in Paris and especially the tour guide in Versailles. She was wonderful and made the experience very interesting!

trip was a good one. Versailles is cool place to visit. meeting at Musee d'Orsay is convenient and takes stress out of getting to Versailles as you are guided on the metro to the Versailles stop.
sunny weather turned to rain which caused confusion and a rush to get in at the "head of the line" entrance for tours, but that probably was a unique occurrence. worthwhile for the price
An hour is not enough time to see the gardens.

This is a tour that should not be missed ! Everyone associated with it should be congratulated on a job well done.

Disappointed that the meeting place was just about the busiest venue on the day - the elephant outside Musee D'Orsay among the queueing masses. We did not realize we were travelling by train (probably did not read the details properly), so I guess we have to meet near that station. But we were not the only ones who did not realize we were not to travel by bus (as with other tours we have done). Tour guides did a good job, and we had a wonderful day at Versailles in the rain.
