While this tour makes for a very long day, it was enjoyable and informative. The Madurodam is geared towards children, so would like to see this as an optional add on for those interested rather than being included.

Our tour was lead by Anna, who was very informative and professional. The windmills were very good as was our drive past the Hague. Too much time spent at Madurodam. I feel it is a place that once you've seen it - there isn't much else to do. Our visit to Delft I feel was wasted as you are taken to only one factory that is clearly a frequented by tour buses and is out of the way of other places selling similar items. You are best to wait and go shopping for Delft items when in a city. It was implied that the factory visited was the only authentic factory able to produce Delft products when in fact this is not true. Overall a good tour and would recommend. Was a very large tour. Commentary in multiple languages - which is ok if you want to listen to talking all day long. Would still recommend though.

Excellent tour

Good tour, saw a great deal in one day but delays on starting both morning and afternoon parts of the tour seemed excessive and we were left sitting on the bus for quite a while. Also there were too many people, particularly in the morning, to make it comfortable.
