5 star rating: Highly Recommended

What a fantastic day we all had. We had a party of 6 and had an early start 6.10am but what a day. We had Thomas the coach driver who was amazing though out the whole trip with his information about each area to his funny wit and jokes all through periods of the journey. The helicopter ride was awesome. a first of all of us to the skywalk. Our photographs at the Skywalk did not turn out via the computer link which was extremely disappointing but that was noting to do with this tour. It would have been nice to have something to say we were on the Skywalk as you are not allowed cameras on the glass walkway. we have nothing to show that we were walking on glass:( . Would recommend this trip to anyone great value although an early start but Thomas got us back safely and dropped us off at our hotels on the way back. 10/10.

Overall the trip was great. Good combo to see surface and inside
The early morning was annoying just to be taken to another terminal and get on another bus... Shouldn't that already be sorted?? It probably took an hour!? Dwayne was great. Needed another hour at canyon. Flight took up a lot of time.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

While the Grand Canyon is amazing, and the helicopter and boat ride definitely worth doing, we were disappointed because of the way it was put together. We were picked up from our hotel where we were taken to the main depot. Since our bus arrived we missed the briefing, so we were a bit lost on what was happening. We had a quick stop to take pictures at Hoover Dam, no time to walk around or actually go into it. Once we arrived at the Grand Canyon, we realized we were given the wrong wrist bands, we had the helicopter one missing. Our driver was very rude about this, actually shouting at me that we weren't going on the helicopter ride because i didn't have the right wring band, until I had to shout back that we were given the wrong ones at check in. He then left us in the hands of the guys taking care of the helicopter rides, which is a different company. The lunch was also disappointing. The tour promised a cowboy cookout, whilst all we had were vouchers for a buffet with very little choice of food. If i had to visit the grand canyon again i would do it with a different tour. The helicopter ride and boat ride were worth doing, though.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this

While I was not disappointed in the Grand Canyon, I was disappointed at the overall way the tour was conducted. The bus was 20 minutes late picking us up in Las Vegas. We then had to stand in line to get our tickets, which I thought was already done online months before the actual trip. At the Hoover Dam, there was hardly even time to walk across the bridge and take good pictures before the bus was ready to leave. By the time we actually got to the grand canyon, it was after 1:00 pm. We had to wait in line to ride the helicopter, wait in line to get on the pontoon, wait again to get on the helicopter to go back up to the top. The bus driver said the bus was leaving at 4:15 to go back to Las Vegas, so we did not even have time to get off at the Indian ranch or get off at the last overlook place to eat our lunch. We had to settle for a lunch that was not at all to our liking while we were at the Skywalk. We also had to wait over an hour to get to walk on the skywalk. While we were in line to get to the Skywalk, all the people who were leaving the skywalk came out using the same ramp we were on. It was a cramped ramp! I was very disappointed in the over all tour. If I ever go back to the Grand Canyon, I would rather drive and take my time so I could at least see it all. I feel like we spent a lot of money and did not get our money's worth.
