This is not just a tour to see the little penguins on Philip Island, it is a great way to enjoy the different things this lovely island has to offer. We had a great time thanks to our tour guide Katie, please pass on my sincere thanks! Thoroughly enjoyed the penguins but also the wine and cheese tasting, chocolate factory and spotting animals in the wild or parks. Thanks so much.Reviewed by: B S Pedersen P, January 2014
Everyone has to see the penguins! Bring a coat, and probably something water proof too. Since the penguins don't make their way in until after dark you can get very cold. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be with for the entire day. The only thing that would make this day trip better is to go to the wildlife park to play with the Kangaroos.Reviewed by: Cinda and Drew, December 2013
We enjoyed the tour, however the day was too long. The tour guide was great, and a small group of people, but the van was very old and noisy. It made the ride back to Melbourne unpleasant. The tour stopped many places before the actual penguin parade. One stop was the Philip Island Winery. The tasting and cheese/crackers was not so great. They sat everyone outside where there were all kinds of flys landing on everyone and everything. Really think owner should've had us inside where they did have a room for this.Reviewed by: Jacqueline E, January 2014
Great trip!Reviewed by: Margaretha M, January 2014
Lovely penguins but photos not possible due to past tourists using flash and frightening the wee tots. Was quite a short experience for the money and absolutely swamped with tourists. Nothing like it was 10 years ago so a bit disappointed with this one. A long drive from Melbourne for a short experience. Mmmmmm.....Reviewed by: LINDA H, January 2014
