Despite cold, rainy and windy weather the tour was perfect. Grateful to our guide Irmi for stoic leadership and unforgetable excursion! Thank you!Reviewed by: Galina K, April 2014
The three rings are connected at the same spot, which is good. However, the the lines are long and you may not get on the bus you are waiting for. A much more enjoyable view of the city is the Yellow Tram (which follows a rout similar to the Red Line).Reviewed by: Michael H, April 2014
It was ok nothing special did seem exciting . The sign post for pick up were very small you can miss then and guide not very friendly either .Reviewed by: Gita V, March 2014
I prebooked the tour as advised on other sites. I booked the 48 hour option so we could do the 3 routes over the 2 full days we were in Vienna.
However when we went to Opera House on Saturday morning, we were told by your agent that there would be no tours (not even the walking tour) whatsoever on the Sunday due to the Marathon. Also 2 of the routes were stopping early on the Saturday. W e were offered Monday instead of Sunday. We were flying back to Dublin on Monday morning.
We took the Yellow trip to Schronbrun Castle and this was very enjoyable. I
You certainly seem to operate a very good service.
However, no telephone bookings should have been taken for Saturday and Sunday (12th/13th) as there was no service on Sunday and a restricted service on the Saturday.
There certainly did not seem to be any justification to cancel all three routes for Sunday - alternate routes for Yellow and Blue could surely have been offered. Also numerous walking tours were available on the Sunday.
Certainly this will influence me in considering the benefit of online bookings in the future.
It took an hour of walking around the opera house to finally find the bus! There is no Viator sign and none of the staff wore any Viator signage. It was very disappointing and exhausting. The staff were not friendly. In fact appeared not to care less. Very impersonal tour.Reviewed by: Anne Marie T, April 2014
