Being born and raised near Zurich and resided in Canada for almost 50 years I very, very much enjoyed the first part (Best of Zurich) of the tour. It really provided a good insight about Zurich. The bus driver was terrific and the guide was very knowledgeable and his English presentations were easily understood. I would recommend this part of the tour.
As for the second part, I don't believe it is money well spent. While the visits to view old rehabilitated industrial factories was very interesting it was basically a shopping tour. Perhaps the visit to the Lindt Chocolate factory outlet could be included in the Best of Zurich City Tour.
But didn't manage to visit the chocolate factory...

First half of the tour was OK but 2md part very ordinary

Was very dissapointed that on the advertising for this tour it said that duration was most of the day but in effect it was only 5 hours
