The driver was there on time and very nice. Pickup from the hotel was a little early, 4 hours prior to departure. But better early than late I guess... Would use this service again!

Our flight from Paris, France to Abu Dhabi, UAE was delayed nearly 1 hour and we were quite concerned that no one will show up to pick up my family of four when we walked out of the luggage claim. Wow! The driver was waiting patiently for us! OUTSTANDING service! Will use again and again!

Driver was not on time for our pick up. The company needed to be called to find out where the driver was. If you are given a time by the company to br ready then they should be there.
