Very cold, but definitely the highlight of our trip! The most breathtaking views EVER! Highly recommend!Reviewed by: Miriam O, December 2012
Again, due to ill health, was unable to take this tour.
I have no doubt it would have been fantastic and have rated it accordingly.

We all enjoyed our cruise very much. Would definitely recommend it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some interesting information. They did stop the boat right by the Statue of Liberty to allow for picture taking. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was that I thought that we would see the skyline of NY with all the lights as displayed in the photo, and also the Statue of Liberty all lit up. We did not. We took our cruise in July. Departure was at 6pm and we returned at 7:30pm. It was not even close to being dark enough for the lights. I specifically asked the customer service representative if we would see the lights as in the picture, and she assumed yes. If you want to see the lights of NY, check the departure time and find out if that coincides with sunset. We were misled by the photo. Also, leave plenty of time to find the port. We walked, but should have taken a taxi. Overall, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this cruise.Reviewed by: Theresa, August 2012
Excellent cruise, but would be useful to supply a small map. The piers were difficult to find.Reviewed by: Richard P, July 2012
The tour itself was incredible and great to see. The voucher said to confirm the ticket, we tried (the call cost a lot) and were told to go collect tickets at Madame Tussauds who said our voucher already counted as a ticket. We only had a short time and didn't want to be messed about like this.Reviewed by: Megan S, December 2012
