We had a great time on this tour. Thank GOD we decided to do a guided tour, because there is a LOT to get through and it was great to have a guide to give us all the backstory, and also keep us moving at a steady pace or we would be in there forever trying to get through it ourselves.
Alberto was our guide, and his English was wonderful, and was very knowledgable about every aspect of the palace. The 'side tales' and 'legends' were the best. Great tour--this ticket is a rock solid pick!

I think this was well worth the money. We were picked up by taxi from hotel and returned after the tour by minibus. The organisation at the Alhambra car park was hectic but we soon were in a small group of 15 with an excellent guide Enrique. His enthusiasm for the site and knowledge of his subject was first rate. He was considerate and provided loo and drinks breaks. He also suggested other sites in the city to visit and gave bus information for convenience. All in all an unforgettable morning.

The location of pickup was confusing, as there is no hotel called Granada Hotel in Granada, there should be a correct address for pickup in the voucher information.
We went to meet the tour directly in the Alhambra.

We had a fabulous tour of the Alhambra and Generalife Gardens on May 1 with Enrique! He was knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. The site is stunning and a must-see in Spain. The tour is lengthy with not a lot of down time, so bring comfortable shoes and wear layers if you go on the morning tour as it started out cool and got progressively warmer. The tours are well organized and easy to locate if you are arriving at the site on your own as we did. Loved it. Have lunching one of the on site restaurants. Food is good and the location enchanting.

We appreciated the punctuality, being picked up at the hotel and taken up to the beginning of the tour at the Alhambra. The guide was excellent and the audio system really effective. We could definitely recommend Viator. Two small improvements possible - if you offer a "glass" of wine, do make it a glass, not a mouthfull, otherwise do not offer anything. It would have been appreciated if we had been given a small map of the Realejo district and given some help in walking down on our own back to Plaza Nueva.
