Needed to phone on arrival

Good. Took a while to find some one to assist as their desk was unattended. But eventually did and our transfer was organised.

A bit of confusion when the office of the shuttle provider was unmanned. A phone call to their support and was told the driver was running late. I think this is standard with these cheaper transfers that pick up and drop off all over. Driver did arrive and from there all good. Great value, so you would expect a little wait.. A tip, ask at airport info desk where the tour operator office is. Tourist info had no idea, neither did anyone else. It is downstairs where the tour operator offices are.

The shuttle co. window was closed at the airport and the only direction was to call the listed number. We didn't have a phone that worked in Europe so we hung around for a bit and within 15 minutes a van pulled up to let people out and we used that one to get to our hotel,it was a little disconcerting to have just hang around and hope a shuttle showed up. Why ask for our flight info. If no one is there for us and no one is at the window to help? Ride into the city to the hotel was nice.

Once I was finally able to reach some one everything went fine but the office at the airport was closed with just a sign saying to call, which I did but it took over 30 minutes for someone to show up to take to the hotel so was not the best but they did much better on the return to the airport.
