The Best Tour of our Trip! Mt.Rigi is the best mountain to visit out of Zurich. Your train actually takes you through the clouds literally. Plenty of free time of Rigi to explore and munch. The Guide was very sweet , knowledgeable and spoke good English. A sweet ride around Lucerne.Reviewed by: gaureshmehra, August 2013
I learn so much from your tours! We had a great experience in France last year with your company and an awesome trip this summer in Switzerland. I was the coordinator for my relatives as we explored our roots in Switzerland and Viator helped me to make it a successful journey. Everyone wanted more trips planned and I was not successful in Interlaken to schedule them. Plan more for that part of Switzerland is my only suggestion. Guides are very knowledgeable and languages are not a problem. Keep up the great work and the reasonable prices.Reviewed by: ELIZABETH ANN P, July 2013

This is a nice trip to see the Swiss Alps and also a charming Swiss town. The tour guide (we had a great one filled with information) brings you to the bottom of Mount Rigi and gives you the tickets to head up the mountain. You'll take a gondola and then a cog wheel train to the top. There was confusion as to which train to take (there are several red ones). Get off the train at the last stop and you can walk to the very top of the mountain, walk around, have lunch. On the day we were there, men were playing the alpenhorne, a nice treat! The tour gives you a partial timetable for trains/ferries. We waited until we thought we could take the 1st one, but there were others that we could have taken. Also, we took an old steam train down, which was lovely, but took longer, so we missed the ferry we wanted to take to Lucerne. We spent the extra time walking around Vitznau, a charming small town on the lake. The ferry was crowded and there was some confusion at first whether we were on the right ferry. Lucerne is a great town, we wish we had more time to explore. You should plan for at least 2 hours. You have time to walk around the city on both sides of the lake. There are lots of restaurants and shops and sites to explore. Everything is pretty self-explanatory, but you may want to check out what you want to see in Lucerne before you take the trip to make the most of your time there.Reviewed by: Erin T, August 2013
Was upset that there was no proper instructions on the hotel pick-up time. We didn't know and in the end, we had to take own taxi instead. The trip was so-so cos everything was non-guided! We thought would have a guide who will provide us info/history abt the place. Was very disappointedReviewed by: Siew Cheng N, October 2013
