It was easy to find our way to the group entrance to pick up the vouchers at the Tower of London. We got to sidestep the crowds and made our way to crown jewels easily. This is a do it yourself tour which we enjoy so you can see what truly interests you. The Thames River cruise was great. We hopped on and of at the different piers and ended up having a wonderful pub lunch and walk inn Greenwich. Highly recommended tour.Reviewed by: Dianne Robinson R, July 2013

Most enjoyable day. Picked up boat at Westminster Pier stopping at Tower Pier and onto Greenwich. Spent a couple of hours there then back to the Tower where a pleasant few hours was spent. Joined a 45 minute tour and our Beefeater tour guide was excellent. Rejoined the boat late afternoon back to Westminster. Enjoyable commentaries throughout.Reviewed by: Rosemary M, October 2012
Nice, but giving it only 3 stars because of the summer crowds, we would have had to wait hours to ride the boat back.Reviewed by: Don R, July 2013
The cruise and the tower were the only good thing of the Viator booking.According to my print out of the prepaid voucher/ ticket all I had to do was to go to any of the nominated piers but after waiting for 45 minutes in freezing cold wind an presenting the voucher/ ticket to the boat agent I was told I can only get on at Westminster Pier. A really bad oversight of Viator not to put that on the ticket. The agent would not even let us get on just to get us to Westminster Pier even though obviously we had already paid. Very disappointing after fabulous trips by Viator in ParisReviewed by: Dianne 32, Australia, October 2012
