If you want to avoid any hassle in getting to the center of Paris this is the way to go. We were met at the gate and driven to our hotel in a efficient and courteous way.

The driver spoke almost no English. He could not find the hotel, and we had to walk about 3 blocks with our tons of heavy luggage to the hotel.
He was very pleasant and friendly, and did try to talk to us as best he could. He was there waiting for us with a sign after baggage claim. He seemed lost in the airport and had a hard time finding his own car.
Overall, we would use the service and Viator again for our travels needs.
