Driver not on time.I had to contact the main office for pick up.

The driver was courteous and efficient. The problem we had was we were not aware that there was a 25 pound extra charge. We had already paid around 40 pound and this seemed extravagant. The driver waived the fee. It would have totaled around 65 pound.
We had a similar service (Mercedes) take us to the same Heathrow airport for 35 pound and we gave him a 5 pound tip.
Summary: driver was worth every star, service far out of bounds for cost. (When I got back home I saw and email from you re the extra fee...it was extravagant. Would not use them again.)
The pick up was fine, the driver however was not very friendly.

We were not impressed at all with the driver supplied to drive us from Heathrow to London. We were told by another driver that there was a problem as our driver didn't know that our party of three were actually arriving on two different flights. We were stunned to think that this was a problem as we were all arriving at the same terminal and we had booked the car for the latest arrival. When our driver did arrive he appeared cranky and acted like we had put him out. When we arrived at our apartment near Lambeth Bridge he dropped us off on the footpath with our luggage instead of driving us into the complex. This was awkward as my 82 year old mother had to struggle with a suitcase, carry bag and handbag as did the rest of us. We were so happy when this was not repeated on departure. Our second driver drove into the complex to collect us and couldn't help us enough.
